1. The short version

  • We use a few cookies to run the site: your free conversation, signing in, payments and fraud checks.
  • We use one analytics tool, PostHog. In the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland it runs only if you click “Allow analytics”.
  • No advertising cookies, no ad pixels, and we do not sell your data.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use your browser's local and session storage, which work the same way but are never sent to our servers on their own. This policy covers both. It is part of our Privacy Policy, which says what we do with the information.

3. Essential cookies

The site needs these to work, so they are on for everyone and do not need consent.

4. Analytics cookies

These help us see what works and what doesn't. If you are in the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland, PostHog does not load until you click Allow analytics, and session recording stays off there even if you allow it. Everywhere else, analytics is on by default; you can block it with the browser controls in Section 7.

PostHog also keeps a copy of its ID in local storage, and an ID for the current tab in session storage. Session recordings can include text typed on the page, such as chat messages.

5. Browser storage

These are not cookies. They stay in your browser and are not sent to us on their own.

6. Other services

  • Stripe handles payments. On Stripe's checkout page, Stripe's own cookies apply (Stripe Cookie Policy).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that chat messages come from a person, not a bot. It runs in a Cloudflare frame and does not set cookies on hehra.com.
  • PostHog runs our analytics, as described above.

7. Your choices

  • UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland: choose Allow or Decline on the banner. To change your mind, clear cookies for hehra.com and the banner will ask again. We ask again every 6 months.
  • Anywhere: your browser can block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential cookies will stop the free chat and signing in from working.

8. Changes

When we add or remove a cookie, we update this page and the date at the top.
